Our work starts as soon as you sign up for a service. Most of our recurring services (SEO, paid advertising) take 1-2 weeks to get setup, and start to see results within 1-2 weeks afterwards.
Website projects are generally completed and published within 4-5 weeks.
Before signing up, we discuss the current state of your business and gather some important metrics from you to make sure we track our guarantee as accurately as possible.
Once we kick things off, we'll track increases in phone calls, website conversions, and closed sales to make sure we live up to our guarantee.
For recurring services, you'll be charged the full amount on the 1st of each month. For one-time projects, like websites, we invoice 50% up-front, and the balance at completion.
Most of our services are either one-time (like website projects) or month-to-month, with no long term contracts. We do, however, offer discounts and other incentives if you make a 3- or 6-month commitment at the outset of the partnership.
